All releases submitted to SPW will be automatically published on the next ePub occurrence guaranteed. For example, if submitted on a Thursday your release would be published on the next SPW Media Alert (within 2 hours of releases go live time), on SHOOT Dailies that night at 9 PM ET, next day on Friday’s SHOOT >e.dition, and on the following Wednesday’s Brand New[s]. In order make a specific issue you should allow enough time for review, edits, and any possible questions from SPW review editor.
The following are closing deadlines for each SHOOT ePub:
- Brand New[s] – Closing deadline Wednesday 5:00 PM ET
- SHOOT >e.dition – Closing deadline Friday 11:30 AM ET
- SHOOT Dailies – Closing deadline same day 5:00 PM ET
- SHOOT Screenwork – Closing deadline Monday 3 PM ET day of publish (Screenwork published every other Monday)
