We understand and if your entry fee is paid and the new director bio and contact information posted (or postmarked) by the entry deadline of July 31st midnight ET you can add video of work to a posted entry for up to a maximum of 7 days past the entry deadline (April 7th Midnight ET). Your work will be judged exactly the same as all others. If this situation applies to you we suggest you sending heads-up email informing us why work video missing from entry.
