We suggest uploading an mp4 file instead of a sharing link (password or not) as initial reviews will start soon after entry deadline. This way SHOOT Editors would be able to see it inside our secure system if comes up for review before the your embargo date and you’re assured no one else could possibly see it as it is not public in any way even if selected. With that said, we understand and if your entry fee is paid and the new director bio and contact information posted (or postmarked) by the entry deadline you can add video of work to a posted entry for up to a maximum of 7 days past the entry deadline. Your work will be judged exactly the same as all others. If this situation applies to you we suggest you sending heads-up email here informing us why work video missing from entry.
